Position Description
Perform manual assembly operations in a manufacturing environment.

Operate powered forming machines.

Operate single-spindle and multiple-spindle manual and automatic drilling and tapping machines.

Change drills and taps as needed during production.

Pack finished product for shipment.

Support production goals while following safety and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.

Ability to work both 1st and 2nd shift as assigned.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Must be comfortable working full-time hours with possible overtime and Saturdays.

Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and maintain quality standards.

Position Description:
Operating a robotic welding cell, loading/unloading material/parts (steel and aluminum) manually or via overhead/jib crane. This will include some grinding and cleaning materials according to engineering specifications and to a schedule. In this position you may be required to do some welding to prepare the part for the robot. Position Description:

· Assist the Press Operator in setting up and operating flexographic printing       presses.

· Load and unload materials such as paper, film, and ink.

· Monitor press operation to ensure smooth production flow.

· Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure consistency and     accuracy.

· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor press issues.

· Keep the press area clean and organized, including disposing of waste   materials properly.

· Help with press maintenance, such as cleaning rollers and replacing worn   parts.

Requirements

• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Stand 10 hours or more per shift
• 2 years previous manufacturing experience

$2.00 shift differential for afternoon turn

Position Description
Operate manual and automatic cycle dies and presses in a manufacturing environment.

Align and adjust feeders, straighteners, and stops as needed for press and die operation.

Load coils and other raw materials into equipment.

Operate a forklift to move materials and support production.

Set up and remove dies from presses.

Perform interchangeable setup within the die.

Make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.

Support production goals while following safety and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Experience operating presses, dies, or similar equipment is a plus.

Forklift experience is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Must be able to work both 1st and 2nd shift as assigned.

Must be comfortable working full-time hours with possible overtime.

Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and maintain quality standards.

Position Description
Work in a manufacturing environment supporting pipe mill and steelmaking operations.

Perform autonomous maintenance tasks such as greasing, oiling, and checking fluid levels.

Operate overhead cranes, jib cranes, and motorized vehicles.

Participate in continuous improvement activities throughout the facility.

Perform minor troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical problems.

Know the locations of all shutdown and lockout switches in the assigned area.

Remove scrap from the work area and keep production areas clean and safe.

Operate all floor stations in the assigned area.

Make equipment adjustments as directed by operators or supervisors.

Understand the functionality of equipment in the pipe mill.

Recognize quality defects and understand their origin.

Inspect pipe and immediately report any quality issues.

Perform essential floor operation duties to support production.

Help minimize delays by responding to breakdowns, making rounds in work areas, and identifying hazards or malfunctioning equipment.

Complete shift reports thoroughly and submit them to the Team Leader by the end of each shift.

Execute tooling and roll changes.

Make effective repairs to equipment within the scope of your experience and training.

Operate and understand QA tools and measurement parameters, including micrometers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
Previous training and experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Experience with steelmaking and/or pipe mill operations preferred.

Must be flexible to work any shift assigned.

Must have general mechanical skills and be able to use a torch and tools effectively to complete tasks.

Must be willing and able to learn all area-specific floor mechanic responsibilities.

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Mathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
