Position Description:
• Attain production goals and meet deadlines
• Back-up in-cab crane operator
• Ensure that strict safety rules and regulations are followed by team
• Manage rotating shifts in a 24/7 shop
• Address performance problems and communicate to management
• Train employees on new jobs and develop their skills
• Resolve conflicts and retain employees
• Be able to do every job on the shift and fill in when necessary
Qualifications
• Previous supervisory experience in industrial operations
• In-cab crane experience
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety procedures and regulations.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven ability to attain production goals and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work and manage rotating shifts
• Basic math and computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Effective leadership skills and experience leading a team to achieve positive results.
• Must be able to pass drug and criminal background screening.
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 60 per week
Schedule:
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
