Position Description
Tile Selection/Grinding
  • Pick up tile and place small stacks into kiln cars until full
  • Inspecting and disposing of bad tiles
  • Some lifting of the stacks weighing from 12 - 20lbs per stack and turning to place them inside kiln cars
  • Hand stacking tiles in grinding machines for edges to be smoothed out and placing stacks on pallet
