Position Description
Set up and operate production machinery (CNC and/or manual equipment, depending on department)
Load/unload parts and monitor machine cycles to maintain quality and throughput
Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and tolerances
Perform basic offsets/adjustments as needed and document production checks
Read and follow work instructions, routings, and quality requirements
Perform visual inspections and handle parts carefully to prevent damage
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures
Work with a team to hit daily production goals with strong attendance and reliability
Basic Qualifications
Prior machine operating or machining experience preferred (CNC experience a plus)
Ability to read measurements and use basic inspection tools
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Mechanical aptitude; comfortable using hand tools as needed
Able to stand for shift, lift/move parts as required by department
Dependable with good attendance and a positive attitude
