Position Description
? Set up and operate RFID converting equipment according to job tickets and engineering specifications.
? Perform precise web-handling tasks, including splicing master rolls of face stock, liners, and RFID inlay reels.
? Calibrate sensors and servo motors
? Operate inline rotary die-cutting, slitting, perforation, and waste matrix removal.
? Operate inline RFID verification systems (HF/UHF)
? Perform routine preventative maintenance on the press, including cleaning rollers, lubricating gears, and inspecting dies.
? Troubleshoot mechanical issues
? Accurately record production data
