Position Description:
Applicant must be mechanically inclined and ability to use measuring devices and able to read a ruler. Whomever the candidate is they should have experience changing mold sets, adjust processing as needed and quality inspect parts periodically throughout the run. We want to do a working interview with an candidate so that they can demonstrate their skill set to us and be evaluated from there.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Process Technician will be responsible for the following activities: fulfilling the production schedule as well as performing mold and/or material changes as dictated by the schedule; performing process troubleshooting, part inspections and various other functions to insure part conformity and quality; verifying paperwork for jobs and completion of inspections at startup of jobs and in process inspections; monitoring and preparing support equipment i.e. circulators, grinders, etc. as needed in the production area; and assisting in break coverage as needed.
Organizational Relationships
The role reports primarily to the Molding Team Leader and has a communication relationship with, Scheduling Manager, Materials Manager, Production Team Leader, Quality Manager and Engineering Project Leaders or designees.
Working Conditions
The role is carried out in a manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to work in above ambient temperatures Maintain high attendance standards Ability to strictly adhere to written and verbal instructions Ability to lift to 50lbs
