What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a driven Safety Standards Project Manager to lead the rollout of updated safety standards across departments at our industrial site. You’ll partner directly with operations, maintenance, and sourcing to implement safety projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance and team coordination every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning and timelines for safety standards implementation
Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with internal and OSHA regulations
Partner with operations and maintenance teams to coordinate safety actions
Track, update, and maintain documentation on project progress
Report out to key stakeholders monthly on safety milestones
Work with sourcing to secure needed safety materials and resources
Facilitate team sessions and workshops when needed to ensure successful implementation
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in safety, project management, or related roles
Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety compliance standards
Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required (Safety, Engineering, etc.)
