Handle incoming telephone calls from excavators and efficiently process locate tickets using computerized ticket management and mapping systems
Strong communication skills
Proficient in computer operations & multitasking across multiple applications
Strong attention to detail
Problem solving abilities
Proficient grammar & punctuation skills
Friendly & positive demeanor
Comfortable wearing a headset & working in a call center environment
Schedule:
Training (6-8 weeks): Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1st shift)
After Training: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Day shift between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
No weekend rotation
Sundays & Holidays are voluntary (earn time and a half when worked)
Occasional Saturday shifts (1st shift) – if scheduled, you’ll have a weekday off
