Position Description:
•Maintain customer files
•Answering of the phone and helping customers with general questions or transferring them to the correct person
•Input customer orders and send out order confirmations
•Turn orders into invoices and mail / e-mail out invoices
•Delivers timely and accurate completion of work
•Helps with general A/R & A/P tasks
•Manage and update customer database with preferences
•Assists with Bills of Lading documents, as needed
•Creates custom documents, as needed, for customer
Helpful Skills
Administrative, customer service, clerical, billing, shipping.
